By using Cobweb at cobwebonline.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cobweb.

1. What Cobweb is

Cobweb is a free platform that helps people who need a service or want to buy a product find people who offer services or sell products. We only make introductions. We are not a party to any deal between users.

2. No payments, delivery or guarantees

No payments happen on Cobweb. Buyers and sellers, and customers and providers, agree the price themselves and pay each other directly. Cobweb does not deliver items, inspect goods, guarantee the quality of any work, verify anyone's identity, or hold anyone's money. Please check every item and every provider yourself. Meet in a public place, check the item before you pay, and never send money in advance.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must give true details, including a phone number you can be reached on.
Your account is remembered on the device you signed up on. Keep your device safe.

4. Listings and photos

You are responsible for everything you post. You must have the right to post it, and your photos must be your own or used with permission. You may not post:

illegal items or services, stolen goods, weapons, or illegal drugs;
adult content or anything that exploits or harms others;
fake, misleading or scam listings;
other people's personal information without their permission.

You allow Cobweb to show your listing, photos and, for providers and sellers, your phone number to other users for as long as your listing exists.

5. Behaviour

Do not harass others, commit fraud, send spam, or try to misuse or break Cobweb or its assistant, Mico.

6. Reports and removal

Anyone with an account can report a listing. We may hide or remove listings or accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, for example when they break these terms or are reported.

7. Mico

Mico is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. She does not give legal, medical or financial advice, and she does not vouch for any provider, seller or item.

8. No warranty and limits on our responsibility

Cobweb is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Cobweb is not responsible for losses, damage or disputes that come from dealings between users, from content users post, or from the site being unavailable.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. If you keep using Cobweb after a change, you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
